Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean rolling out for Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3

Sprint subscribers will be the first US carrier to receive the official Jelly Bean upgrade!

Starting today, Sprint will be rolling out Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean over the air to Samsung Galaxy S3 owners. Along with the usual goodness of what’s on Jelly Bean, there will be enhancements to the camera, the Pop Up Play feature, and an Easy Mode for a more simple interface. The upgrade will also include a Blocking Mode which disables calls and notifications on a user set time much like the Do Not Disturb feature found on iOS6. There are even more little features included on this upgrade so if you’re on Sprint, you will be lucky enough to get it before your friends on Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile!
