Capcom Unity member offers a closer look
If you’ve been sitting there with a puzzled look why a niche group have been getting hype about the upcoming JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure release, Capcom Unity member, Dubindoh has you covered. This afternoon, he published an article which will be divided into multiple parts in an effort to educate players who’ve been intrigued about Capcom’s abstract 2D fighter.
In Part One, Dubindoh breaks down one of the most important features that are essential to being a solid player: Stands. First off, what is JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure? It’s a Capcom fighting game based on a story arc in the manga of the same name, written by Hirohiko Araki (which, by the way, is available through Viz Media and they have all editions up for sale). In the game, as well as in the manga, the characters battle each other with the help of Stands (more on that later) which are the key unique element that sets this game apart from all other fighters out there.
